Abstract COVID-19パンデミックの発生は、様々な側面に深遠かつ広範な影響をもたらした。特にパンデミックは在宅勤務（WFH）の普及を加速させ、人々の居住地の選好を様々な経路で変えた。
しかし、日本では、リモートワークの普及や都市アメニティの分布状況に伴う生活様式の変化が、広範な日本の都市における都市構造（マクロレベル）および人口分布（ミクロレベル）にどのように影響するかを議論する研究はいない。
その為、本研究では、LandScanの高解像度人口密度データを使用し、アメニティ、交通システム、その他の場所特性に対する嗜好が人口分布の変化をどのように説明できるかを検討する。都市空間間のアメニティの影響の変動を示すために、GWR（地理的加重回帰）を用いて空間的異質性および係数の変動に対処する。このアプローチにより、アメニティの影響を詳細に可視化および評価することが可能となる。
The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic had profound and far-reaching impacts on various dimensions. Significantly, the pandemic accelerated the spread of work-from-home (WFH) and altered people's preference towards residential locations through various channels.
However, in Japan, no study discusses how lifestyle change, accompanied by the spreading of remote work and initial urban amenity distributions, would affect the urban structure (macro level) and population distribution (micro level) within a broad spectrum of Japanese cities.
This study will combine LandScan high-resolution population density data to discuss how preference for amenities, transit systems, and other location attributes can explain the population distribution change. To show the variation of the amenities' impacts among the urban spaces, GWR is conducted to deal with the spatial heterogeneity and variation of coefficients, and this approach enables us to visualize/assess their impacts in further detail.
