Abstract 個別建物データ（マイクロジオデータ）全国版は2008年版住宅データを基礎により推定された建物倒壊・出火のリスクと救助期待人数（共助力）、消火期待棟数（公助力）である。まず、このデータを2011年の東日本大震災の被害をどの程度推定できているか検証したい。
現在実施している災害対応の訓練ではまず最初に、木造か鉄筋か、道路が３m以下か（消防車が入れるか）、避難に介助が必要な人がいるかを確認する。この作業におよそ半日をかけている。個別建物データ（マイクロジオデータ）があればこの最初の作業を速くすることができるのではと考えている。さらに、脆弱性を事前に推定し実際に確認できれば、事前に対応する事も可能である。
現在の被災地は災害に対して非常に脆弱な状態におかれている。ハードの復興が進むまでソフト的対応力の向上で被害を最小限に抑えられるシナリオを得ることが目的である。Individual building data (micro geo data) national versions are risk of the building collapse and the fire presumed based on edition housing data 2008 years, the rescue expectation number of people(The mutual assistance power) and the fire extinguishing expectation number of houses.

*Is there a person to whom an assistance is necessary
for refuge by practice corresponding to the accident which is being put into effect at present. This item is confirmed.
It takes almost all half day for this work.
I'm thinking the first work can be done faster by this microgeo data.
And also,If we can presume a fragile part beforehand and check it actually, it's possible to correspond beforehand. The present disaster area is in the very fragile state to an accident.
