Abstract

本研究の目的は、日本の各都市において、創造的な産業の立地を明らかにすると同時に、そうした産業を受け入れる地域の特性を把握するものである。本研究の背景は、2000年代初頭から日本の地方自治体が多く取り入れた「創造都市政策」にある。創造都市政策では、非物的計画である文化政策等を、いかに物的計画に落とし込むことが出来るかという点に課題がある。実際に、創造都市政策においては、文化政策・産業振興・都市計画分野においてその横断性が指摘されているが、創造都市政策において空間計画を持つ自治体は限られる。これまで、創造的な産業における企業の立地については、企業間ネットワークを中心に集積に関する研究が蓄積されているが、本研究においては、企業立地を促す要因を、地域が持つ特性の視点から明らかにすることを試みるものである。

The purpose of this research is to clarify the location of creative industry in each city of Japan. It also grasps the characteristics of the area where the creative industry is located. The background of this research is in 'creative city policy' which was introduced by Japanese local governments from the beginning of the 2000s. In the creative city policy, there is a problem in cooperation between city meter evil and cultural policy. In fact, in the city policy of creative city, its crossing is pointed out in the field of cultural policy, industrial promotion, urban planning, but local governments with spatial plan in creative city policy are limited. Concerning the location of companies in creative industries, studies on accumulation centered on inter-company networks have been accumulated so far. In this research, we attempt to clarify the factors that encourage company location from the viewpoint of characteristics of the region.
