更新内容:

1. 経路探索・交通手段選択の高度化:
ver3.0では、時空間内挿WebAPIによる多モーダル経路探索（自動車・鉄道に加え、バス・公共交通を含む乗換経路）を再構築し、運賃・所要時間・乗換回数の効用に基づく経路選択と、都市別パラメータのキャリブレーションを導入しました。これにより、ver2.0では十分に再現されていなかったバス・公共交通の分担が改善し、交通手段分担率および道路交通量の再現精度が向上しました（都市別の交通手段分担の平均絶対誤差が 0.076 から 0.053 に改善）。
2. 生成処理の不具合修正・品質向上:
活動連鎖の生成、目的地選択における確率的選択（乱数処理）、および人属性データの読み込みに関する不具合を修正し、生成データの品質・整合性を向上させました。
3. 業務交通データの公開（別データセット）:
ver3.0では、新たに業務交通（貨物車・タクシー）データを別データセットとして公開しています。必要な利用者は、あわせてダウンロードいただけます。

Update summary:

1. Enhanced route search and mode choice. ver3.0 rebuilds the multimodal route search based on the spatio-temporal interpolation WebAPI—adding bus/public-transit transfer routes to car and rail—and introduces utility-based route choice (fare, travel time, number of transfers) with city-level parameter calibration. This improves the bus/public-transit modal share that ver2.0 did not adequately reproduce, improving the accuracy of modal split and road traffic volume (city-level mean absolute error of modal split improved from 0.076 to 0.053).

2. Bug fixes and quality improvements. Defects in activity-chain generation (Markov-chain data parsing), probabilistic destination selection (random-number handling), and person-attribute data loading were fixed, improving the quality and consistency of the generated data.

3. New business-traffic dataset (separate). ver3.0 additionally releases business-traffic (freight-truck and taxi) data as a separate dataset, which interested users can download as well.
