研究内容
Abstract

　近隣商店街に位置づけられる深川資料館通り商店街であるが近年では東京都現代美術館などの広域集客施設の影響で、地域住民の利用だけでなく、広域からも街を訪れる来街者の利用も見られるようになってきています。そこで商店街にどのような人がどこから訪れ、どこに立ち寄っているかを明らかにすることで、商店街の商圏範囲を定めます。また、商店街利用者の立寄り店舗、利用交通機関から、商店の業種や立地がもたらす、利用者属性の違いなどを明らかにしたいと考えています。同時に、商圏範囲の人口分布を明らかにすることで、商店街が支えている人口を求め、商店街としてのポテンシャルを示します。
　上記を明らかにするためにCSISの提供しているZmapTownIIデータ、国勢調査データ、事業所・企業統計データ、人の流れデータなどを用いることで、正確なデータを用いた分析を行うことが出来ると考え、共同研究の希望を致します。
