研究内容
Abstract

本研究は以下の二つの研究によって構成される。いずれの研究においても、企業情報データベース（東京商工リサーチ）を用いることで、集積の経済を検証することを目的としている。特に、以下の一つ目の研究では商業施設を中心とした集積の経済に着目し、二つ目の研究ではオフィスを中心とした集積の経済に着目している。1)表参道ヒルズの建設・開業を準自然実験として用い、大規模商業施設の建替えが周辺地域の路線価や企業パフォーマンスに与える影響を検証する。2)オフィスの立地パターンについて整理を行う。また、都市再生特別地区の設置等を準自然実験として用い、これらの施策が都心部におけるオフィスの立地パターンや企業パフォーマンスへ与える影響を検証する。
