研究内容
Abstract

人口減少，少子高齢化，核家族化が進展するとされる我が国の人口・世帯予測があるが，高齢者の都心回帰，都心部住宅地区の限界集落化など，より詳細な区分で信頼性ある予測を行い，人口・世帯構成の動向を分析していく必要もあろう．一方，環境的に持続可能な都市を検討する上で土地利用－交通需要予測が行われるが，長期的な人口・世帯予測は入力データとして重要となる．本研究では，長期予測の安定性に配慮し，説明変数がより少ないコーホート手法による予測を行う．具体的には，国勢調査メッシュ区分の人口・世帯構成の時系列データ，交通利便性指標，地価の時系列データなどによる地区類型化を行い，類型化された地区ごとにコーホート法の説明変数である社会移動などを因子分析にて抽出・集約し，これらの要因の時間的推移を予測し，人口・世帯を推計していく．
